We offer magnificent horse trails and horseback activities in the StateplaceWestern Cape. Take a step back in time on one of our nature trails as you ride through vineyards and wheat fields to reach the contour paths at the foothills of the majestic Witzenberg Mountains and where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Just over an hour from Cape Town, situated in the majestic Witzenberg Valley, we are conveniently located between the towns of Tulbagh, Wolseley and Ceres.
Join us to experience a soul-restoring horseback adventure, suitable for all ages, levels and abilities. In fact you don't even need to ride to "feel good inside", join us to learn about The Horse and you may just be surprised what you learn about yourself!

Visit us for the day or stay the weekend. We offer trails from an hour or two to tailor-made multi-day trips

· Do you want to learn more about wine?
Then join the Tulbagh Wine Guild
The club is unpretentious and fun way to learn about wine. As a member you get an opportunity to taste wines that may not always get an opportunity to taste. The tastings are conducted by wine makers and so you get to learn about their wine, their style and the wine making process.
The Tulbagh Wine Guild meets once a month (week nights) to taste wines which is followed by a meal.

Annual membership costs are as follows;
Couples: R 150.00 per couple
Singles: R 100.00 per person
Visitors: R 40.00 per visit
