One can see the litter bins placed at about 120 meter intervals. All they consist of is a brightly painted old oil drum on two poles implanted into the ground and swiveling on one bolt into each Poles. </div> <div> <B>One cannot see a single bit of litter. This was also apparent in the streets of the suburb!
