To the east you have a view over the Witzenberg Plato, Bokkeveld and Matroosberg mountains.</div> <div> The circular BLOUBOS route (± 2-3 hours) starts with the Tolbos Trail up close to the Berg Hut, and from there it takes you north to the Misgund Gorge and the scenic Red Rock View point. From there it goes down through indigenous trees along ravines to the Kingfisher Hut, and then over the hill back to the 'Fish Eagle' cottage.</div> <bR> <div> The Tulbagh Horse Trails use the Kingfisher for staying overnight. It is a Hikers overnight hut with 2 small double rooms, and bottom outside deck with more place to sleep. Only mattrasses provided. Very rustic, also no power or hot water. Wonderful view..!
